About SprintStack Digital
Building Technology With a Business-First Mindset.
SprintStack helps founders, growing businesses and enterprise teams turn vision into practical, scalable digital products — without the uncertainty, opacity, and lock-in of traditional software development.
Meet the Founder
Founded by an operator who understands what it takes to build, scale, and run businesses.
Anindya Patra
Founder & Commercial Architect, SprintStack Digital
SprintStack combines founder-level commercial strategy with hands-on senior engineering. Every engagement is assigned a named Principal Software Architect and senior full-stack developers directly responsible for code quality, system design, and security reviews. We do not use junior contractors or offshore outsourcing relays.
From Building Businesses to Engineering Technology
I have spent over 17 years building businesses, driving growth, leading teams and solving complex operational challenges across industries. One lesson has remained consistent throughout my journey: technology creates real value only when it solves the right problem.
That belief is at the heart of SprintStack Digital. I founded SprintStack to help businesses turn ideas into practical, scalable digital products — without the complexity, uncertainty and dependency that can often accompany software development.
My professional journey has taken me across sales, business development, go-to-market strategy, category management, P&L ownership and entrepreneurship. At WayCool Foods, I worked on scaling business operations and technology-enabled farmer engagement, contributing to a business unit that reached approximately ₹1 crore in monthly recurring revenue. As an entrepreneur, I also founded FarmNext, building a clean-food business that grew to approximately ₹3 crore in annual recurring revenue and served more than 2,500 customers.
These experiences taught me what it takes to build beyond an idea: understanding customers, validating demand, managing costs, creating efficient processes and developing systems that can scale. They also shaped how I think about software.
I don't believe businesses should invest in technology simply because a solution sounds innovative. They should invest because it addresses a genuine business need, improves an important process, creates a better customer experience or opens up a new opportunity for growth.
“I believe good technology should simplify business, not make it more complicated. I believe founders should retain control of the products they create. And I believe the best partnerships are built when both sides are focused on the same outcome: creating something useful, dependable and valuable.”
— Anindya Patra, Founder & Commercial Architect
Why I Started SprintStack Digital
I saw an opportunity to build a technology partner around a different principle: understand the business first, engineer the solution second.
For Startup & Product Founders
Validate product ideas and launch production-ready SaaS platforms without burning capital on unnecessary features or suffering from fragile codebases.
For Growing & Mid-Market Companies
Replace tangled spreadsheets, manual operations, and clunky off-the-shelf software with tailored ERP, CRM, and automated workflow systems.
For Established Organisations & Agencies
Modernise legacy applications or add dependable engineering capacity to your team under strict confidentiality and agreed commercial terms.
Five Principles That Guide Every Sprint
Trust is built through clarity, accountability, and execution — not through impressive promises.
Business clarity before development
We begin by understanding your commercial objectives, users, constraints, and success criteria. We define the scope and technical approach before development begins.
Structured, transparent delivery
We work in defined 2-week sprints with agreed deliverables and regular opportunities to review working software. You always know what is being built, why it matters, and what comes next.
Ownership without unnecessary dependency
Your software should be a permanent asset to your business. Our delivery prioritises 100% source-code ownership, direct repository access, comprehensive architecture documentation, and clean handover.
Engineering designed for the long term
A product should not merely work for its first release. High-standard architecture, maintainability, automated quality assurance, and scalability are built into sprint one.
A partner who understands commercial context
Technology decisions are made through the lens of unit cost, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and business growth — alongside sound technical considerations.
How Our Engineering Practice Works
We treat software as an engineering discipline with commercial checkpoints at every step.
Business Blueprint & Scope Alignment
We dissect the commercial objective, map user journeys, choose the right architecture, and fix the scope into clear, predictable sprint deliverables.
Fixed Sprint Cycles & Working Demos
Work proceeds in tightly defined sprints. At the end of each cycle, you review functioning software in staging — not static slides or vague status reports.
Senior Peer Review & QA Verification
Principal architects and senior engineers write and inspect every line. Automated tests, security scans, and code reviews ensure production reliability.
Git Repository Access & Clean Handover
You retain full ownership of code repositories, databases, environment keys, and architectural documentation. Zero vendor lock-in, guaranteed.
A Dependable Partner for Global Businesses
SprintStack Digital works with founders, enterprise teams and agency partners across the USA, UK, UAE and India. We understand that choosing an engineering partner requires confidence in communication, delivery standards, confidentiality, and ownership.
You don't need a 50-page spec to get started.
You need a clear understanding of the business problem you want to solve. We work together to define the product, evaluate trade-offs, and establish a practical, predictable path from concept to production.
Have a software problem? Let's scope it.
Whether you are validating a new SaaS idea, developing custom software, automating operational workflows, or modernising existing systems, we would welcome a conversation.
